👉 1. Design Department 🪄
Our designers are here to bring your vision to life. Sharing reference photos helps us instantly grasp your style and direction. We can also fully customize dimensions to fit your specific needs. Remember, the sooner the design is finalized, the faster we can move forward with production!!
👉 2. Technical Detailing ✍️
Once the design is finalized with our designer, we proceed to technical detailing and dimension calculations. This generates a precise production file, which is then sent directly to our machinery.
👉 3. Production Department ⚙️
Once the file is ready, we upload it to the CNC machine to cut, drill, and groove the panels according to the production plan. Next, every piece goes through an edge banding machine to ensure smooth, safe edges and a beautiful, seamless finish.
👉 4. Installation 👨🔧
Enjoy a worry-free installation with our dedicated in-house team. Crucially, we conduct rigorous QC checks and pre-assemble every piece before packing. This preparation allows us to complete the on-site work within just 1-2 days.
